Today, the first day of fall, has an expected high of 90 degrees.

Instead, Texans turn to seasonal state pillars: football, changes in bug type and when they finally get Big Tex back up on his feet.

As you can imagine, getting Big Tex to stand is a Big Production. But what are the people in charge of hoisting him up concerned about?
