You better check the pockets of the pants you wore last summer. Maybe an old purse or backpack. Because some lucky Texan is a millionaire and has no idea. But they only have a matter of days to claim their cash.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the winning $1 million ticket sold in Lewisville last year expires Thursday after a 180-day deadline. The prize is for a Powerball drawing from Aug. 26, 2017. So if you bought a lottery ticket at 905 N. Mill St. in Lewisville, you better stake your claim.

The unclaimed money doesn’t go to waste, though -- if the winner doesn’t show up to claim his or her prize by Thursday, the money will be spent on programs approved by the Texas Legislature.
