Per Eater Austin, Bird Bird Biscuit will open on 2701 Manor Road sometime next spring. The restaurant will be run by Thunderbird Coffee owner Ryan McElroy and the coffee shop’s former general manager Brian Batch, who will be Bird Bird Biscuit’s chef.

The two drew their inspiration for the biscuits from Nashville and Los Angles’s breakfast scenes. Menu items to look forward to include buttermilk biscuit sandwiches with chicken sausages, bacon, fried chicken, fried eggs, cheese, and Sriracha mayonnaise.
