Let’s be real: The best part of the Super Bowl is the food. And in the spirit of the Big Game, Google Trends rounded up every state’s supposed favorite Super Bowl snack.

Not even a passable spinach and artichoke dip, but spinach dip with green onions, water chestnuts and mayonnaise. No cheese in sight.
Which brings us to the question: Where is the queso?? Thankfully, no other state took the queso crown, but if anyone knows anything about Texans and their diets, it’s that we love smothering our tortilla chips in hot melted cheese any chance we get. Spinach is usually far away from our preferred game day fare.
Texas’ supposed love for spinach dip isn’t even unique, according to this map. New York also got labeled with spinach dip, and Nevada apparently enjoys “vegan cheesy bacon spinach dip,” which definitely sounds like an oxymoron at first glance.
Google Trends came to this (wrong) conclusion by pulling data for the most uniquely searched food in each state, which doesn't necessarily equate to favorite. Let’s chalk it up to Texans already knowing how to make queso and needing some help in the spinach dip department.
And at least we’re not Mississippi, where you’ll apparently find granola bars on Sunday.
