Texans take a couple of things very seriously. Barbecue, being Texan in general, certain amendments.
One thing they take EXTREMELY seriously? Queso. Texans do not mess around. There is a right way and a wrong way to make the stuff and while your way may be different than mine, there is a bare minimum of queso-ness that must exist.
