According to the order, which was issued Tuesday morning and went into effect at midnight, only essential businesses are allowed to stay open including hospitals, grocery stores, gas stations and media outlets. People are strongly encouraged to stay home if they’re able and social gatherings of more than 10 people are forbidden.
