If you want barbecue today, you’re going to have to visit one of the many options available to you in Austin that isn’t Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew.

The barbecue joint took to Twitter to share the news that it would be closed Tuesday to honor John “Dunker” Stiles “who has gone ahead of us.” John is the father of Stiles Switch owner Shane Stiles and, according to an obituary, died Jan. 4.
