One of the state’s best breweries continues its guest chef Supper Club Thursday night when Emmer & Rye chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph visits the compound. The chef, a native of Guyana, will take inspiration from his upbringing to create an “Island Vibes” dinner menu. The five-course, beer-paired meal will include Gulf shrimp kinilaw paired with Fen Tao, jerk pork paired with Vernal Dichotomous and more. All-inclusive tickets for the event are $95 (plus fees).
