The Chameleon Group has finished the transformation of upmarket seafood restaurant Guild into more casual Rosedale Kitchen & Bar and will unveil the new concept to the public next week. The restaurant, under the stewardship of former “Chopped” winner chef Janelle Reynolds, will serve lunch and dinner starting Monday. The restaurant is located at 3800 N. Lamar Blvd.
The lunch menu focuses on shareable appetizers like roasted beets, sandwiches, salads, bowls and a couple of cooked meat and fish dishes; while the dinner menu expands to include entrees like a grilled pork chop and crispy chicken. Rosedale plans to add brunch around mid-September.
The hospitality group had intended to relocate the short-lived seafood restaurant Guild to the former Counter 357 space, but those plans changed.
