It could be a big night for Austin chefs at the James Beard Foundation's awards show tonight. Three of the five nominees in Best Chef Southwest hail from Texas' capital. Barley Swine chef-owner Bryce Gilmore takes his seventh swing at the honor. He is joined by first-time finalist Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye and returning finalist Michael Fojtasek of Olamaie. The three restaurants have all taken the top spot in our Austin360 Dining Guide in recent years.

While the awards show takes place tonight in Chicago, you can still watch all the action on the livestream. Head to jamesbeard.com/awards for all of the action. The stream starts at 5:30 p.m. with red carpet coverage. Expect the awards to get cooking around 7 p.m. You can also follow along on Twitter and Instagram. Rounding out the Best Chef Southwest group of finalists are return finalists chef Steve McHugh of Cured in San Antonio and Charleen Badman of FnB in Scottsdale, AZ.
