Eric Silverstein at BookPeople. The owner of a growing restaurant empire, the Peached Tortilla, Eric Silverstein has written a cookbook of the same name showcasing his one-of-a-kind fusion of Asian and Texan flavors. The 100 flavor-packed recipes within the book include many of the Peached Tortilla’s most-beloved dishes, like the Banh Mi Taco, JapaJam Burger and Bacon Jam Fries. Umlauf After Dark. The Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum is beautiful during the day, but it's also lovely in a different way in the evening. This monthly event gives you access to the Umlauf after hours. Experience the garden like never before with a night of live music from Kay Rain and Ben Bazzrea, drinks from Austin Beerworks and Tito's Handmade Vodka, food, lawn games and more. "Hi, How Are You, Gonzo?" at the Contemporary Austin. Abraham Cruzvillegas' pieces will fill both floors of the Jones Center with site-specific, mixed media work in which recycled materials are transformed into abstract sculptural objects. Meridian Hive Meadery Pint Night. Austin's only meadery is about to celebrate the release of its new Ruby Red Rosé, and in celebration, the Brass Tap's Domain location is hosting a pint night. Taste this new rosé-like mead, which is made with ruby red grapefruit, orange blossom honey, dark sweet cherry and hibiscus, and pick up glassware and other giveaways while you're at it. Summer Sunset Series by Wanderlust Yoga Austin. Wanderlust Yoga is hosting a weekly yoga series at Republic Square, held every Tuesday starting May 7 through Aug. 27. Each yoga class will be led by a premier Wanderlust yoga instructor and accompanied by a live musician or DJ. Have never done yoga or, conversely, know your way around a yoga mat? No problem.
