One of Austin’s most popular burger spots opened a new concept today in South Austin. More or less. Hopddoddy Burger Bar today introduced Lil’Doddy at 4625 William Cannon Drive in Oak Hill. The restaurant is a smaller version of the original, with a focus on speed and convenience.

Like its big sibling, Lil’Doddy serves all-natural beef, bison and chicken burgers, along with the plant-based Impossible Burger. Additionally, there is a “shareable menu” featuring items such as all-natural chicken tenders with scratch-made sauces; chips and guacamole with queso fresco; and truffle fries. The bar serves batch cocktails, craft beers and margaritas.

One big change in service style between the two concepts, Lil’Doddy diners can order online and pick up their meals at the online pick-up window.

Lil’Doddy is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Visit hopdoddy.com for more information.

Founded in 2010, Hopdoddy now has more than 30 locations in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
