Horror-core rappers Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are heading to Austin for a "wickedly fresh acoustic set" at Come and Take It Live on March 14. The show does not appear to be an official South by Southwest showcase. Tickets are available for $15 over at comeandtakeitproductions.com.

Now, a couple years back, as a rash of actual insane clown sightings stoked fears around the country, we at Team 360 spent some time exploring the world of ICP's devoted fan base, the Juggalo Nation, here in Austin. While we didn't exactly drink the Faygo, we came away with a deeper understanding and real love for one of the most maligned subcultures in modern music.

Still, we have questions about an ICP acoustic show.

First, is ICP acoustic a thing? Our 120 seconds of hard research on YouTube suggests: sort of? While we didn't immediately come up with a video of Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope playing acoustic, we found loads of fans playing acoustic covers, including this guy who plays in Juggalo paint with a Faygo bottle in the picture and this woman doing a ukulele cover of "I Want My (Expletive).

Also, and this is a big one, how will the Faygo be handled at an ICP acoustic show? A bath in the weird Midwestern grape soda is an integral part of the ICP show experience. At a regular show, maniacal clown characters bounce around the stage spraying the audience. Presumably ICP acoustic comes with less bombastic energy. Will they roam the room pouring it in slow streams over the heads of swaying Juggalos? Will they pass a bottle campfire style?

Finally, will people cry? Oh, almost certainly, yes. Playing songs acoustically brings the lyrics to the forefront. If we learned one thing hanging out with Juggalos, it was that the people who choose to participate in this oddball community of fans think of each other as family. Expect face paint to smear as fans croon along to songs like "Miracles" and "Homies."

Whoop whoop, y'all.

We are excited to announce that we are bringing a wickedly fresh acoustic set to South By Southwest!
