Waterloo Records will be hosting three days of free parties in their parking lot at Sixth and Lamar Streets during the South by Southwest Music Festival. The parties take place from noon to 7 p.m. March 13-15 and are open to the public with no RSVP.

Festival artists who appear on this year's lineup include folk singer, Steve Earle, local rock powerhouse Bright Light Social Hour, singer-songwriter Hayes Carll and rockers from New Zealand, the Chills.
