Explore the more than 10 homes on the tour by visiting them in any order at your own pace, and enjoy the day with other like-minded architecture and design lovers. The Belgian-style beers of the local Adelbert's Brewery and the Italian-inspired menu of Stella Public House get paired up at this five-course feast featuring seasonal flavors. Courses include dirty oysters with the Sundowner Biere Brut — a champagne-like beer — and a grilled vegetable salad with Travelin' Man IPA — an international spin on an American favorite. Stella specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza but branches out from its usual menu with the beer dinner.

Way Off Broadway Community Players presents a romantic farce about a woman, Giddy Hollis, who lies to the dreamboat Boston Marathon runner she found unconscious near the finish line and rescues. When she discovers once he wakes up that he doesn't remember who he is, she tells him they are married. He tries to be a good husband to her, and hilarious complications ensue at a furious pace.

4. Texas Heritage Songwriters Association Hall of Fame Awards Show at Paramount Theatre

The 2019 inductees for this annual event are an impressive lot: ZZ Top leader Billy Gibbons, Grammy-winning Austin pop star Christopher Cross, native Texan troubadour Steve Earle and songwriter Bob McDill, author of many country classics including Don Williams’ “Good Ole Boys Like Me.” Gibbons, Cross and Earle will perform, along with Rodney Crowell, Lee Ann Womack, Shawn Camp and others. — Peter Blackstock

5. The 2019 Sausage Kings of Austin

The third year of this meaty competition welcomes several of Austin's top chefs and restaurant talent. Participants, including the Brewer's Table, Micklethwait, Banger's, la Barbecue, Salt & Time, Stiles Switch and Scholz Garten, will create an original off-menu sausage using beers from the Brewer's Table while attendees cast their votes in a friendly competition to crown the Sausage King of Austin. Tickets include two free drinks.
