Hey hey, it's Shakey Graves Day again — or, rather, Shakey Graves Weekend this time. The annual tradition, begun eight years ago when the City of Austin declared Feb. 9 to be Shakey Graves Day, includes three shows at two intimate local venues Friday through Sunday that were just announced on Tuesday.

Graves, whose 2018 Dualtone Records release "Can't Wake Up" was named our Austin360 Awards Album of the Year, will play Friday and Saturday at Cactus Cafe, followed by a Sunday show at the Parish. Tickets are available only by lottery via the official Shakey Graves Day website. The lottery offers a "chance to purchase tickets" but does not note what the ticket price will be.

Fans can request up to two tickets for any of the three shows, but not for multiple shows. The site notes that ticket-lottery submissions will be accepted until "12:00PM CST" on Wednesday, Feb. 6; it's unclear whether that's intended to mean noon or midnight.

More details: "Lottery winner selection will be random, not first come first serve. A password protected link will be distributed via email to lottery winners on Thursday, February 7th before 11:59PM CST containing all details to obtain tickets."

Per the Cactus Cafe website, opening Friday's show is Sir Woman; on Saturday, Jonathan Terrell will open. No information is available yet regarding other acts on Sunday's bill at the Parish.
