The Peached Tortilla is getting a cookbook next year.

Founder Eric Silverstein, who grew up in Japan and then moved to Georgia at age 10, opened his popular Asian fusion food trailer in 2010, which expanded to a brick-and-mortar restaurant on Burnet Road in 2014. 

In May 2019, he'll publish his first cookbook, "The Peached Tortilla: Modern Asian Comfort Food from Tokyo to Texas," (Sterling Epicure) which will include 100 recipes, including the restaurant's popular Banh Mi Taco, JapaJam Burger and the Bacon Jam Fries, as well as the Umami Fried Chicken, Korean Short Rib Pappardelle with Smoked Crème Fraîche, Asian Pear Miso Salad and Roasted Cauliflower with Nori Brown Butter.
