Not that you needed extra motivation to vote in the midterms, right? But in celebration of exercising our civic duty, several Austin bars and restaurants are offering food and beverage specials on Election Day that you can enjoy if you've cast your ballot. Here's where to go to grab those deals.

Amy's Ice Creams, all locations

Keep your "I Voted" sticker. Austin's beloved ice cream shop chain has a free tiny ice cream waiting for you once you've stood in those long polling lines. (A voting receipt also counts as proof that your civic duty is done.)

APT 115, 2025 E. Seventh St.

Here, you can get a good deal no matter what you order. APT 115, a fairly new east side wine bar, will have $2 off everything on the menu, including drinks: beer starting at $1 and wine starting at $5. The deal applies to only one beer per person.

The Austin Winery, 440 E. St. Elmo Rd.

The urban winery is throwing "its biggest sale on wine bottles ever" on Election Day, with every varietal in the shop available for discount — and you might need a bottle or two when election results are announced later in the evening. Come in with proof that you voted and you'll also walk out with a free sweet treat.

The Brewer's Table, 4715 E. Fifth St.

One of the Brewer's Table's best dishes is available for a free taste to anyone who votes in the midterm elections. The restaurant and brewery is offering voters complimentary toasted barley ice cream cones topped with yeast caramel, hop honey and beer grain waffle (a dessert featuring all the ingredients of beer), so have yourself a delectable election night meal.

Circle Brewing, 2340 W. Braker Ln.

You might need to watch election night results roll in over a pint or two — one of which can be completely free of charge. This North Austin brewery is hosting a watch party from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday; bring any kind of proof that you voted, on Election Day or beforehand, and your first pint is on Circle's dime.

Hotel Ella, 1900 Rio Grande St.

The majestic hotel has pitched a tent on its lawn for a watch party of the midterm elections complete with drink specials, bar snacks and a free draft beer for anyone wearing an “I Voted” sticker. (Went to the polls last week? Bring your "I Voted Early" sticker for the same deal.)

Infinite Monkey Theorem, 121 Pickle Rd.

Relax at the eclectic tasting room of Austin's other urban winery after you've cast your vote. While sporting your "I Voted" sticker, you can savor $2 off any glass of wine.

Lavaca Street Bar, all locations

It just so happens the midterm elections fall on National Nacho Day this year. (Hey, there's a celebration for everything.) All three locations of Lavaca Street Bar's attached restaurant, Turf N Surf Po' Boy, are thus offering 20 percent off nachos all day to anyone who's voted.

Shake Shack, all locations

Score free fries with any purchase when you show off that priceless "I Voted" sticker. The freebie is also available via the Shack Shack app using the code "ivoted." But you'll still need the sticker to pick up the order. So, seriously, don't throw it away.

The Volstead, 1500 E. Sixth St.

You've done a good thing: You just participated in the democratic process. Now, head to East Sixth Street on election night for the Volstead's Voter Appreciation Party, where you can get a free beer if you flash your "I Voted" (or "Yo Voté," for that matter) sticker. There will be music by Como Las Movies and the Golden Clip, no cover.
