Biderman’s Deli, which opened its first location in Northwest Hills last year, has expanded to downtown. The Jewish deli from Zach Biderman, one of the founders of Seventh Flag Coffee, serves housemade bagels (including everything, sesame, poppy seed, cinnamon raisin, egg, onion, garlic, whole wheat and more) and schmears (including plain, chive, pickle & dill, vegetable, and more), breakfast bagel sandwiches including lox, and eggs and bacon and sandwiches like a classic Reuben on grilled rye.

Biderman’s also offers many Jewish deli staples like chopped liver, potato latkes, matzo ball soup and black and white cookies. Located at 800 Brazos St. Suite 215, Biderman’s downtown is currently open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with plans to expand the hours in the future.
