"The Wizard of Oz." Walk the yellow brick road or soar over the rainbow with the Austin Symphony Orchestra this weekend. For one night only, the Austin Symphony will perform the memorable score from this beloved film while the audience watches it play on a big screen. Gravel-voiced blues man Booker plays a mix of hard-driving guitar provocations and heart-torn slow jams, all delivered with a snarling punk sensibility. A Cosmic Howloween. South Austin’s Cosmic Coffee & Beer Garden celebrates the season with our furry friends.
