Robert Plant and his new band announce tour, including ACL Live show

Robert Plant Presents the Sensational Space Shifters have already toured Australia and New Zealand and they start a U.S. tour June 20 in Dallas. They’re scheduled to play June 23 at ACL Live. Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through acl-live.com .

Before his recent projects in Nashville with Alison Krauss and Band of Joy, Plant worked alongside the very interesting force, “Strange Sensation,” recording the critically acclaimed, multi-Grammy nominated albums - Dreamland and Mighty Rearranger. From this platform, Sensational Space Shifters has developed. Now together these confederates and conspirators dig deeper and more intensely, always twisting and turning, bringing the past into a brilliant technicolor present.
