On this day 28 years ago the “Queen of Tejano” Selena Quintanilla released her debut, self-titled album. And Google drew up a doodle just for the occasion.
According to Forbes, Google worked closely with Quintanilla’s family to develop the animation, which features all the dancing, singing and white cowboy boots you’d want. A Google representative also said that the animation is intended to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
