George Strait sends video of encouragement to terminally ill Midland girl

George Strait, who might very well be the living embodiment of what people think of when they think of “Texas country,” recently sent a video message to a terminally ill  Midland 10-year old named Bella.

Bella has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hydrocephalus with two shunts, brain malformation, osteoporosis and chronic intestinal pseudo obstruction.

She is also a huge Strait fan.

Earlier this week, the "Heroes and Cops Against Childhood Cancer" Facebook page posted a video from Strait.
A Fort Worth police officer named Damon Cole runs the Facebook page; Cole dresses as superheroes and visits terminally ill kids. Cole posted a video recently asking for help in contacting the country legend.

Mission accomplished.
