The script for ‘Triplets,’ the ‘Twins’ sequel someone apparently demanded, is in, Schwarzenegger says at SXSW

Former world-class bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger, perhaps best known for Conan, the Predator movies and being governor of California, told SXSW conference attendees that the script for “Triplets,” the sequel to “Twins,” is in.

It was written by Josh Gad and Ryan Dixon and will reunite Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito while adding noted comedian Eddie Murphy. (Y’all millennials ever see “Boomerang?” You should watch “Boomerang.”)

Murphy is also playing the third triplet (a child which went unmentioned in “Twins”). All Ahnold would say is  a “funny thing that happens in the mixing of the sperm.”

So, yeah.

Also on the big man’s plate: A King Conan movie!

As usual, there's a mess of SXSW films with Austin and Texas ties. Here are eight worth keeping an eye on.
