ILYSM Ep. 22: Yoga with Adriene, Blue Genie Art Bazaar and fitness advice from Erica Nix

Adriene Mishler started making yoga videos for YouTube in 2012, and in five years, she’s grown own of the largest yoga communities on the internet. Nearly 3 million people subscribe to her Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel, where she’ll be rolling out her fourth annual 30 Days of Yoga series next month.

The actress and native Austinite joined us in the studio for this week’s episode of the “I Love You So Much” podcast to talk about setting intentions for the new year, why she took her show on the road for a tour this year and why her mantra “find what feels good” is more about the process of finding than getting to a place of feeling good.

Also in the show, hear from Dana Younger, a founder of the Blue Genie Art Bazaar, who talked with us about how Austin’s art community is thriving, even as it faces affordability issues, and why holiday shoppers are the ones to benefit at this 17th annual show that continues through Christmas Eve.

In this week’s installment of the Webb Report, Eric Webb explains why HQ Trivia is the newest addicting quiz app to hit our phones, and in our Advice for Austinites segment, we invited Transform Fitness founder Erica Nix to the studio to share tips on staying physically active during the coming holiday break in a way that feels right for you and in a space that feels safe.
