Here’s where UT students go to nurse their hangovers in Austin

‘Tis the season for staying out way too late at the company holiday party and maybe needing to nurse a headache or two after too much spiked cider. If you’re wondering how the college kids move past their hangovers, ride-hailing app Fasten put together a list of the most-requested destinations from University of Texas students on Friday and Sunday mornings after hitting the bars or parties the night before.

Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden is by far the most popular, according to Fasten. Those manmosas are for real.

Behind Banger’s are Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen, the Bullock Texas State History Museum (because, you know, what’s better for a hangover than an IMAX movie?), Tap 24, Torchy’s Tacos, Irene’s, Lavaca Street Bar & Grill, Kerbey Lane Cafe and TNT - Tacos and Tequila.
