Ellen DeGeneres is giving away World Series tickets in Houston

If you happen to be near the University of Houston on Tuesday, you’re in luck.

Ellen DeGeneres announced that she’d be visiting campus and giving away tickets to the World Series to lucky Astros fans.

DeGeneres tweeted again around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday that students had three hours to get to the E. Cullen building on campus to be a part of the show.

Hopeful “Ellen” and Astros fans lined up for hours before DeGeneres’ appearance:

Game one of the World Series between the Houston Astros and Los Angeles Dodgers begins Tuesday night in Los Angeles and continues Wednesday night. The series moves to Houston Friday night for game three.
