From fitness jams to food trucks, the Long Center for the Performing Arts has announced a busy roster of summer programming.

Many of the events take advantage of the Long Center’s popular City Terrace.

Trailer Food Tuesdays will contine 5 to 9 p.m. the last Tuesday of the month. Alternately, a donation-based fitness series is also planned.

Alamo Drafthouse is presenting “Austin Sound & Cinema: Music & Movies on the Lawn,” with live music paired up in offbeat quirky fashion with classic movies. Think “Smoky and the Bandit” kicked off by a set from the Whiskey Shivers. (June 19)

The New York-produced Soundtrack Series features storytellers waxing lovingly about the songs that had the biggest significance for them.
