Those looking for more outdoor dining options will be in luck this fall, when Batch Craft Beers & Kolaches opens up a new food food truck in its beer garden.

The truck, called Batch PM, will serve bratwurst made with the brewery’s beer. The menu will include a kimchi brat, a "bun-mi" style option, a curry wurst and a Cuban-style link. Vegan, all-beef and chicken options will be available, as will Belgian-style fries on the side. The buns will be housemade, too.

Chef Patrick Hinojosa (a local with stints at Lenoir, LaV and Vixen’s Wedding) will lead Batch PM (as well as the kitchen at the main kolache spot). He’s joined by chef Matthew Lester, who has previous experience at Foreign & Domestic, Lenoir and L’Oca D’Oro.

Batch PM is set to open on Nov. 13 in the beer garden of Batch Craft Beers & Kolaches at 3220 Manor Road. Go to batchatx.com for more information. Batch is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m Wednesday-Sunday, and the truck will serve lunch and dinner.
