Austin’s red hot rock ’n’ soul outfit, Black Pumas, has spent most of 2019 thrilling audiences across the country and around the world with an unbroken streak of sold out shows.
On Nov. 29, the group will bless a hometown crowd with their revelatory rock and simmering soul in a pregame performance on the University of Texas campus before the Horns take on Texas Tech. Austin’s Latin rock lifers, Vallejo, will open.

In addition to the Pumas show on the 29th, indie pop artist, Betty Who, will perform alongside excellent Austin Selena tribute act, Bidi Bidi Banda before the Kansas State game on Nov. 9.
Both shows are part of UT Athletics’ Longhorn City Limits series, which is co-produced by Austin City Limits producers, C3 Presents. They are free and open to the public.
