Some locals may whisper “don’t move here” under their breath to tourists, but that doesn’t stop them from coming.

Austin has made yet another list, this time ranked as one of the most tourist-friendly cities in America by travel website Expedia.

According to their travel experts, Austin made the list because there’s “something for everyone” here, mentioning food hotspots like Tex-Mex classic Guero’s Taco Bar, food truck Three Little Pigs and gourmet popsicle joint Steel City Pops (although the chain actually originated in Alabama).

Also of note? The music scene, of course -- the ranking cites The Continental Club, Ginny’s Little Longhorn Saloon and of course, Austin City Limits Music Festival -- as well as Austin’s museums and outdoor spaces.

Austin received five-star rankings in all of the categories Expedia considered: the helpfulness of the tourism board, the quantity and quality of hotels, city tours, things to do, access to transportation and amenities.
