Those who come to Loro expecting a hybrid version of Uchi and Franklin Barbecue will soon realize that this is something completely different. It’s not an equation whereby those two James Beard-winning superpowers are added to one another or multiplied. It is a new formula altogether. And it’s one where you’ll have to do a lot of the legwork.
