Bobby Bones’ "Red Hoodie Comedy Tour." In addition to being host of the Nashville-based country-radio format "Bobby Bones Show," which is syndicated on more than 100 stations and has millions of listeners each weekday morning, Bobby Bones is also a bestselling author, a touring stand-up comedian and frontman of the Raging Idiots. At the Paramount — which he says is his favorite venue — he’ll assume the role of comedian, a gig he’s loved since his teenage years. Channeling his signature honesty, he’ll have new jokes to perform. 8 p.m. May 18. $33.50-$83.50. The Paramount Theatre, 713 Congress Ave. austintheatre.org.
