The owner of Teddy V. Pâtisserie, who sells chocolate chip cookies at the Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller on Sundays, is a huge fan of the cooking classes at Sur La Table at the Domain Northside.
She recently posted on Instagram (@ teddyvblog) about a two-hour Easter cooking class, where they made a goat cheese and zucchini tart, a roasted rack of lamb and a strawberry rhubarb compote.
The classes cost $75, but she shared a tip I didn’t know about: After each class, Sur La Table gives you the opportunity to sign up for as many future classes as you like for $20 off. They have upcoming classes about croissants and crepes, as well as healthy Mexican food and British baked goods.
