South By Southwest hasn’t even technically started yet, but a few free parties are already thinking about the end of the festival.

For those that need to unwind after a week full of shows and parties, the SXSoundBath is available at Cheer Up Charlie’s on Sunday, March 18 from 12:30 p.m.-3 p.m. The party s free, with no cover charge.

What is a SXSoundBath, you ask? It’s an outdoor event underneath the venue’s pink parachute, where guests are invited to bring their yoga mats or blankets and just lie down and listen to mic-d up sound bowls.
There will also be a build-your-own-Bloody Mary bar and a mimosa bar with specials all day long.

The next day, Monday, March 19, The Jackalope invites SXSWers to free massages, free sparking Gatorade and “a free party for those of ready to turn it up” at their SXSW Recovery Party, which lasts from 2 p.m.-9 p.m. They will also have IV vitamin therapists on site and will be handing out B12 shots.

SXSW is a right of passage in this town, it bring industry folks closer together, it separates the kids from the pros and there’s nothing we love more than a good party afterwards.
