Fresh off last night’s appearance on CBS’s “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Chicago rock band Fall Out Boy has announced a Sept. 23 concert at the Erwin Center behind its just-released new album “Mania.”

Tickets go on sale next Friday, Jan. 26, via the venue’s ticket website. Ticket prices for the Austin show have not yet been announced; the band’s concert in El Paso two days later features a price range of $33.75-$63.75.

Opening the show is rapper Machine Gun Kelly, whose 2016 top-5 smash with Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello borrowed significantly from Austin rock-pop band Fastball’s late-1990s hit “Out of My Head.”

Fall Out Boy’s last two Austin concerts (not counting a 2015 South by Southwest appearance for the MTVU Woodie Awards in the American-Statesman’s parking lot) were at the Austin360 Amphitheater. Three of the band’s last four albums topped the Billboard charts.
