Flu season is in full effect ’round these parts, and that means plenty of you are craving some good ol’ fashioned comfort food.
Chicken noodle soup is at the top of my list of foods to eat when I’m sick, and last year, I learned the very best way to make the stock: Roast the bones first.

When you’re sick, the last thing you feel like doing is cooking, so this is where your non-sick friends come in. A big pot
of soup can be divided up into old salsa/tomato sauce jars and then distributed to anyone who might need a little bit o’ love.
