A famed pizza guru known for a toppings-happy approach to making pizza is taking over Cane Rosso’s second pizza oven to bring a special menu of all-American pies to Austin. These pizzas will be cooked thin and crispy using ingredients entirely from around the country, many locally from Texas. He’ll also supply ranch made with the recipe he is developing for his forthcoming line of ranch dressings, designed specifically for pizza dipping. The Vortex is hosting a holiday market for your last-minute holiday shopping needs and will feature more than 25 local artists, witches, vendors and more.
