Houston craft beer behemoth Saint Arnold Brewing has organized a country-wide fundraiser, #ReliefBeers, that will help people along the Texas Gulf Coast recover from the devastation left behind by Hurricane Harvey at the end of last month.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the messages of support we have received from the craft brewing community in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Many have approached us about ways to raise funds for those affected along the Texas Gulf Coast. To that end, we have come up with #ReliefBeers,” Saint Arnold said in a statement on the brewery’s website.

On Sept. 8, participating breweries — which include several in Austin — will donate $1 from every pint sold in their taproom that day to the Houston Food Bank. Bars and restaurants, according to Saint Arnold, are also welcome to join the #ReliefBeers effort. The brewery is still signing up participants in the fundraiser.

Here are the Austin-area breweries that will be donating to the cause on Sept. 8 (many of which having already contributed to it with fundraisers of their own). You can find their Friday taproom hours on our Austin360 Boozery Guide, which provides the scoop on local breweries, distilleries and cideries.
