Longtime Austin chef Camden Stuerzenberger (Fork & Vine, Bess Bistro, Mighty Bird) and a partner have teamed up to create

Liberation Fish, a new seafood truck that will be located at
Adelbert’s Brewery (2314 Rutland Drive). The broad seafood menu at the roving Liberation Fish will include crawfish queso, gumbo with crispy
oysters, a smoked fish po’boy and more.

The trailer kicks off Sunday at1:30 p.m., and Adelbert’s new Buzzbait Blonde will be on sale for $1 off when ordered with
a serving of the truck’s Fishbait Oysters, crispy grit-fried oysters with bacon remoulade. Liberation Fish intends to let
customers know where to find them via social media, but currently the operation seems to have no web presence. 

Stuerzenberger was also recently
announced as the new chef-partner for Phoebe’s Diner, a new restaurant from the owners of
Winebelly.
