Is that spare million dollars burning a hole in your pocket? Are you a fan of “Fixer Upper”? Well, here’s the home for you: a "vintage tiny house” that appeared in season three of the extremely popular HGTV show.

It’s only 1,050 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom, but it’s got a hefty price tag: $1 million. That’s a big increase from its original listing of $28,000, before Chip and Joanna Gaines became interested in putting their “Fixer Upper” spin on the 1920 home.

If you don’t have a million bucks laying around, you can still check out the house. It’s listed on Airbnb for $325 a night, just in case you’re planning a romantic getaway to Waco anytime soon.
