Wood roasted mushroom lasagna at L’oca d’Oro in 2016. (Jay Janner AMERICAN-STATESMAN)

L’Oca d’Oro is marking its first birthday the way any epicure would, with a four-course dinner marked by hourly toasts with housemade liqueur. The menu will be a celebration of chef-partner Fiore Tedesco’s greatest culinary influences and crushes (see the menu below). The meal costs $75, and reservations can be made by calling 737.212.1876 or emailing info@locadoroaustin.com.
