You can now buy picnic baskets for one of the year’s most original fundraisers. The Waller Creek Pop-up Picnic, which raises money for the Waller Creek Conservancy, takes place April 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Palm Park. The baskets, which range from $50 (Baby Greens) to $125 (Clark’s) feature meals for two, and some even feature bottles of wine and sake. June’s will also be on hand to sell champagne and wine.
