Wrestler-turned-very-funny-actor John Cena, the cast of  “Veep,” actor/writer Bob Odenkirk  of “Better Call Saul,” “Breaking Bad” and Mr. Show fame and actor/producer Seth Rogen, who is repsonsible for “Preacher” and “Sausage Party,” are just some of the folks who will be speaking at South by Southwest, it was announced today.

In addition to last week’s Feature Film lineup, SXSW Film  announced today its Midnighters, Shorts and VR program, completing the lineup of 128 features and 128 shorts.

Cena is a WWE Superstar, 16-time World Champion, actor and television host. He is Make-A-Wish’s most requested wish-granter of all time and the only celebrity to grant 500 wishes. He was also terrific in “Trainwreck” and “Sisters.” Dude has comedy chops for days.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anna Chlumsky, Tony Hale, Matt Walsh, Timothy Simons, Reid Scott, Gary Cole, Sam Richardson, and David Mandel, aka the cast of HBO’s “Veep” will be participating in a panel discussion. The show will return to HBO for a sixth season.

Here are a few more folks slated to speak:

Brian Knappenberger is the director of “NOBODY SPEAK: Trials of the Free Press,” which is screening at SXSW.

Julie Bush is a screenwriter and host of the podcast Threat Surface.

Michael Farrell is an editor at The Christian Science Monitor.

Walter F. Parkes is an American film producer, screenwriter, and former studio head.

Mike Luciano and Phil Matarese are the creators, and Jen Roskind is the co-executive producer, of the HBO animated show Animals alongside beloved former Austinites/powerhouse indie producers the Duplass Brothers.

In 2015, Odenkirk reprised the character he originated on the hit drama “Breaking Bad,” playing the title role in AMC’s “Better Call Saul,” which has earned him two Critics’ Choice TV Awards and nominations for an Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award.

Four time Emmy winner, director and ur-Muppeteer Frank Oz will (likely) join Leonard Maltin in conversation.

The creative team behind “Preacher”  — Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Sam Catlin, and comics savant Garth Ennis — will all be here, likely discussing that show and adapting comics to the big and small screens. For my money, Ennis, who created and wrote 71 issues of “Preacher” for DC/Vertigo from 1995 to 2000, in might very well be the best comic book dialogue writer who ever lived.
