Think you make the best queso in Austin?

The Quesoff — the annual celebration at the Mohawk of Austin’s unofficial official dip — is back for its fourth year on Saturday, July 19, and now is the time to register your team if you’d like to compete against local restaurants and home cooks.

Organizer Adi Anand has divided the contest into three categories — Veggie, Spicy or Meaty — and you can email him at queso@mohawkaustin.com if you are interested in competing.
