St. Philip, the upcoming pizza parlor and bake shop from the Uchi team, will make its public debut Saturday at the SFC Sunset Valley Farmers Market. St. Philip will use their farmers market booth to sell croissants, fruit ‘pop tarts,’ fig Danish twists, savory bialys, root beer Snickerdoodles and almond toscas. They will also perform a liquid nitrogen, instant-ice cream demo in the morning. St. Philip plans to open in the fall at 4715 S. Lamar Blvd. in Sunset Valley, in the space formerly occupied by Cannoli Joe’s.
