The Austin Food & Wine Alliance’s next fundraising dinner will be a small affair, with Congress chef David Bull preparing a five-course Italian feast for in the penthouse of the Austonian.
Tickets for the August 13 Wine & Dine event cost $175 per person (including valet parking and cocktails) are on sale now. Seventy-five dollars of each ticket purchased will benefit the Austin Food and Wine Alliance’s culinary grant program.
In addition to the multi-course meal, chef Bull will share will stories of the food, family and community that inspired his culinary career, and he has also indicates that there could be a "surprise guest."
The Austin Food & Wine Alliance is a not-for-profit organization that promotes "awareness and innovation in the Central Texas culinary community through grants, educational programming and events."
