Calvin Broadus Jr. famously went from Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion in 2012, but he prefers to be called Snoopzilla these days. The 42-year-old rapper from Long Beach reinvented himself for the release of "7 Days of Funk" late last year. Snoop’s tour brings him to Austin in the midst of SXSW; he’ll play a show at Emo’s on March 11. Tickets go on sale Friday morning at 10 a.m. Also note that ACL Live has added a third date to the National’s stand in April, after the first two sold out rather quickly. Tickets to the April 23 show go on sale Friday as well.
