The inaugural Stargayzer Festival a three-day, gay-friendly musical event boasting a stellar lineup of LGBTQIA artists has shifted sites. The event, scheduled for Sept. 12-14, was orginally scheduled to take place at Carson Creek ranch, an expansive and beautiful, but incredibly dusty, private property east of town on the banks of the Colorado River. It has moved to Pine Street Station, located at East Fifth and Waller, home to the Fader Fort during the last several South By Southwest Music Festivals.
"Following an outpouring of feedback from the community, we are thrilled to bring the festival to downtown Austin in an effort to provide our patrons an easily accessible experience," producer and booker Brett Hornsby said in a press release. The festival also announced the top artists for each day of the festival. Single day early-bird tickets to Stargayzer Fest are $35 and three-day passes are $80. All tickets are currently available online.
