St. Paul & the Broken Bones perform at ACL Fest on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016. They’ll return to tape the “Austin City Limits” TV show on Nov. 20. Erika Rich for American-Statesman

November is looking busy for “Austin City Limits” TV tapings at ACL Live, including a rare doubleheader on Nov. 20 with recent ACL Fest faves St. Paul & the Broken Bones and gospel singer CeCe Winans.

Two more events also have been added. Oklahoma singer-songwriter Parker Millsap will tape the show for the first time on Nov. 9. And former Austinite Alejandro Escovedo, who moved to Dallas last year, returns for a Nov. 30 taping with a band featuring R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck, who co-produced Escovedo’s upcoming album “Burn Something Beautiful.”

Those will be the final tapings for the show’s 42nd season. Ticket-giveaway information for the tapings will be posted about a week before each event on the show’s website and via its social media outlets.

Meanwhile, local PBS affiliate KLRU, the program’s originating station, continues to air episodes from the 42nd season that were taped earlier this year. The full schedule of dates and times for each episode is posted on KLRU’s website.
